The name Fraisage was discovered and became the inspiration for a culinary world of possibilities while reading a cook book by our founders favorite Chef, over a decade ago. The desire to bring that feeling to others through enjoying a great meal or creating to give that experience to others is what it means to bring these concepts to life.
